All the members joining the Group are kept on rigor induction schedule, imparted with training and appropriately conditioned on the Groups Code of Conduct & Culture. The learning track for each of the member envisages to at least for 1.5 to 2 Training Man Days within a year. The Training Function is capable with internal training program, external nominations, outbound training programs and individual training needs identified by the superiors.
Team Members are continually being prepared for multi skilling and subjected through inter function job rotations. The synergistic approach between Manufacturing and Marketing are assigned job priorities as the Group believes in creating the extraordinary people from ordinary people.
