WORK CULTURE:

The Group is known for its people centric work culture, wherein  every employee is considered to be member of the Promoters family.  This being the flat organization, hierarchy and positions does not stand on the way of multi layer  cross corporate culture and cultural connectivity, leadership directions and creative utilization of  competencies of  each member  within the Group. 

Individual and Team interventions has  been the hallmark  of the Group with positive change of environment within the organization.  The Group believes in individual brilliance and team excellence through which each member is inspired to   be the catalyst for creativity,  growth and dynamic change.  The Company has strict compliance of the ISO9001 Quality Certification with proactive HR Management and Development function. The Group believes in the  abilities of the people and therefore we bet on our  people and their imaginations.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:

The Group is strong  in the Learning and Development and therefore give high impetus  to continual development of Skills, Knowledge and Attitude.  All the members joining the Group are kept on rigor induction schedule, imparted with training and appropriately conditioned on the Groups Code of Conduct & Culture.  The learning track for each of the member envisages to at least  for 1.5 to 2 Training Man Days within a year.  The Training Function is  capable  with  internal  training program, external nominations, outbound training programs and individual training needs identified by the superiors.

MULTI SKILLING & JOB ROTATION:

Team Members are continually being prepared for  multi skilling and subjected through inter function job rotations.  The synergistic approach between Manufacturing and Marketing are assigned job priorities as the Group believes in creating the extraordinary people from ordinary people.
